Yes it is true that evangelism cannot be done by paid workers or pastors alone, the whole body of Christ needs to get involved in it.  We both  (my husband and me) are involved to train the laity for the work of evangelism and espeically those who are involved in secular job, so that they will effectively reach the unreached where God has placed them. I think we can hasten our Lord’s coming by training and equipping laity for the work of evangelsim.
