In 2005 our team visited the slums of Kibera, Kenya. In this visit we met Mama Margaret. She is a volunteer school teacher in the overwhelming poverty and refuse called “Kibera”. One million people live in extreme poverty and face corruption, crime, disease, and hopeless conditions.
