Anti- Corruption and Integrity Management is designed to provide knowledge of integrity systems and the environment in which they operate, including a theoretical and practical foundation that instills in practice approaches to corruption prevention. This is suitable for those with careers in law enforcement, police service internal affairs, domestic and international integrity assurance and anti-corruption agencies, and any organization or agency which has an integrity or anti-corruption unit. The program has been designed to fill the gap between ethics and police / legal studies concerning countries and their purpose and mission. There is providing knowledge of corruption prevention systems and the environment in which they operate. There is corruption everywhere we turn, even in mission and we must guard ourselves and organization from it. We must screen the people that come through mission and their true desire to do mission. The calling must be from god. God sent the son and the Son sends the Holy Spirit and the church. We must recognize and analyze the impact of corruption on public value and benefit; we must identify key challenges in promoting and administering ethics and integrity within the mission and each organization. One must have an understanding of corruption and misconduct from both a comparative / historical and domestic / international context. We must have the perspectives to the understanding of why corruption and misconduct can arise and ways to avoid it. We must know how to apply and evaluate different approaches for addressing integrity assurance and corruption prevention and create ways to build resilience within an anti-corruption or integrity assurance mission environment and understand how to apply management strategies to corruption and integrity issues.
