It is very important that the leadership for mission have a clear vision and agenda for the mission. The leadership must be able to deal with all different types of personalities,races, genders,age group, and religion. The focus of the leader should always be what the purpose of the mission is and how to go about achieving that mission. most mission has months of traing for their leaders prior to going into mission. The leaders must be a stable person able to work under pressure and still keep the goal of the mission in the fore front.Development is a must. There is no time for on the job traing when you get to your destination. Ther major kinks should already be worked our. this leader must have sound doctrine and remeber that it is always about God’s agenda and praising,worshipping, and giving god the glory.
