We wanted to let you know about a new initiative for the Business as Mission (BAM) movement: the Global Think Tank on Business as Mission.

The Think Tank aims to strengthen the global business as mission movement in all aspects. It will bring together individuals, organizations and networks from all around the world to collaborate and network on BAM.

Christian Leaders from all backgrounds are supporting the BAM Think Tank as a unique and highly strategic initiative that will magnify the impact of business as mission. Read endorsements for the Think Tank here:http://bamthinktank.org/about/endorsements

The Think Tank will work for a year from April 2012 to April 2013, with virtual teamwork and a series of regional meetings.  This will culminate in the Global Congress on Business as Mission, April 25-28, 2013, a unique opportunity for networking and sharing outcomes.

Mats Tunehag and Jo Plummer are Chairing the 2nd Global Think Tank on Business as Mission. Mats is the Lausanne Senior Associate for Business as Mission. Jo curates www.businessasmission.com and edits the Business as Mission e.zine. Mats and Jo formed the Convening Team for the first Business as Mission Think Tank at the Lausanne Forum, 2004 and co-edited the Lausanne Occasional Paper on Business as Mission.
