He then gives a message of hope and issues a mandate to the church about caring for the disabled rooted in Luke Fourteen and develops the church mandate to serve the disabled and take the initiative to reach out to them. Finally, Steve interviews Avitha Daniel from India about reaching out in ministry to the disabled.
