Listening to voices of dissent and discontent can be hard.  Listening to them well can be painful. Listening to people express tension when you have planned and worked so hard toward unity can be almost impossible.

The  voices are there.  They aren’t being retweeted (much) because we that’s tough to do – it even feels disloyal.  The questions are there but maybe they are being overlooked or deliberately ignored.  The critique is present and, listening in from afar, the tension and frustrations have been palpable…
