Souls come to Christ in Cape Town!

If, like me, you’ve been to many conferences about World Mission you may have wondered why no actual Evangelism happens.

Well, for those of us resident in Cape Town we had a treat this morning as we welcomed numerous Congress participants to a local church service at Jubilee Community Church.

Guest Speaker was my good friend Michael Ramsden. It was also a pleasure for me to meet Rebecca Manly Pippert for the first time. Michael shared the gospel which was followed by a response time when 10 people indicated they wanted to give their lives to Christ then and there – and came forward in response.

A little later on an eleventh man came forward – who happened to be a driver who had been assigned to Congress participants to bring them to Jubilee. This man also gave his life to Christ.

Friends, the Congress has begun already – with souls coming to Christ!

If you are a participant and are sharing the gospel with locals you can bring them to an evangelistic meeting on Thursday evening at Jubilee with Tim Keller (this is a ticketed event). Details from [email protected]
