Traits of the most difficult people in the world are revealed in Scripture. Recognizing the characteristics of these most difficult people can be helpful to determine how to minister to them . . . and when to stop. These people are fools and scoffers, and not all of them are “outside the church” as the church discipline and restoration process can reveal.
