Social Justice

There has been a lot of talk of Social Justice in the last few years.  For some, this is an old issue that is linked to ideas of Socialism.  For others it is a clear responsibility of Christians to be involved in issues of Social Justice and they are not afraid to use the term even though it has some baggage.

Below are links to two articles that are related to the idea of social justice.  One of them refers to Glenn Beck who recently urged viewers to leave churches that preach Social Justice.  You can read about that here  http://www.politicsdaily.com/2010/03/08/glenn-beck-urges-listeners-to-leave-churches-that-preach-social/

One article talks about Wheaton College embracing Social Justice.

The other article has responses from leaders of the US faith community on the issue of whether the government should practice Social Justice.
