We’ve Seen the Future and It Is…Collaborative!

By Laura Callanan Topic: BlogKeywords: character, church, collaboration, leader, leadership, manage, management, Mentor, ministry, networking, Partnership, researcher, resource mobilization, skills, social engagement, society, steward, stewardship

This is a very interesting blog on leadership skills in the social sector. Since social engagement is an integrated part of the life of a spiritual leader, it is important to Christian leaders as well. A social sector leader needs to be a problem solver, generous collaborator, motivated mentor, responsible steward, appliced researcher and savvy networker to be well-rounded and successful. These should be characteristics of any Christian leader as well. It would be good to get comments to this blog.
