@ patience2:

when the bible says all things are possible to them that believe or that when we pray believe we shall have receive them and you shall have them. How are we to view those scriptures that says by faith all things are possible

All feel the preacher who preaches this false gospel, is making a mockery of the good news. As a preracher, we are to tell the story of the death burial and resurrection of Jesus. The false gospel of name it and claim,  makes desperate people think of God as a sugar daddy and not the "Great I am".

I think this topic is well presented within the time that has been alloted to him. How true it is that the Prosperity gospel is actually a manipulation of people for personal gain and feeding on the greed of human beings.

It is in stark contrast to what Jesus said,in Luk 4:18  "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, Luk 4:19  to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor."

I hope more pastors would give a reasoned argument against such false teaching rampant in the world.

Praise God for the way this was presented in the plenary session.

God Bless

Luk 4:18  "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed,
Luk 4:19  to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor." Luk 4:18  "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, Luk 4:19  to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor."
