Many of those in Christian leadership are not reflecting Christlike qualities. The video shows Idi Amin, the former president of Uganda, and his harsh leadership style.

Branko and Colin were an excellent team, seasoned and transparent with just the right mix of humor and exhortation. It was encouraging to hear that all nations face the same challenges in developing a leader that leads in the way of the Great Shepherd. There were no easy solutions or four points presented to solve the problem. Rather, the answer lies in knowing who we are in Christ and leading from that place and not trying to be significant as the world judges. As Colin noted, there is no promotion higher than being a son or daughter of God.
