walking worthy as Christians

What walking worthy means as Christians

Ephesians 4:1-15

For all those who have given their life to Christ and confess him as Lord of their life; this include all ages able to confess that Jesus is the son of God, that he died for our sins, he rose after three days with all power in his hand , and he lives today. This includes the entire population that God created. We as Christian will always be subject to sin because we are in the flesh and born into sin.

The scripture teaches that man through his desire to be like God fell and was no longer in a holy state. He was created in God’s image but suffered consequences for his disobedience. All men therefore became sinners doom to a death and separated from God. God created man to have a relationship with him, and in turn may the way that man could restore his relationship with God. Humankind was given grace and because of God’s love sent a mediate to redeem humankind from their sins. Jesus was that atonement for that sin and was the only one able to do so. It is through this divine obedience that humankind has bridge the gap between them and God.

The process that humankind was justified, pardon for their sins, so that they may have eternal life and able to reside in heaven with god. There is no work that humankind can do but it is their faith and belief in the Jesus story. We are given favor by God and it is humankind faith in Christ redeeming blood that brings us into righteousness. The gospel is being preached and is offered to all but all will not accept. The scripture teaches that one day all humanki8nd will kneel and confess that Jesus is Lord.

We as Christian believe in regeneration that we are born again. The old life and way of thinking is left behind and the Holy Spirit resides in the Christian. Humankind is according to Romans 12; 1-2 “to not conform to patterns of the world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, then you will know what God good, perfect, and pleasing will is.”. it is through sanctification that Christians must have faith and repent for their sins and turn back to God and become “partakers” of his holiness. This is a process that does not have immediately but Christian continues to grow through the power of the Holy Spirit. In it Christian but always takes a look at themse3lves and their life to see if their are living up to the standard that God has left for them.

The Christian is challenged daily by Satan to return back to that old life and devises man scheme to lead them from Christ.
