Reconciliation is a required element of love.  Too often, we take shortcuts or wish to impose our desires over the will of God.  Pushing ahead without the Lord will always lead to a dead end.  When the church ignores The Way it will never receive the full blessing of waiting on the Lord.  God NEVER prefers one person, group, or nation over another; He desires ALL to come to Him in saving grace!
