Diaspora has chosen to highlight MoveIn and make it the theme for this month. MoveIn is a movement. Its vision is to see thousands of Christians move in to the unreached, urban poor areas.
This is an amazing movement and something that I would one day like to join. Having children seems to make a person question what kind of place they should live in, however, and I have to consider the school system as well. I pray continually to have the courage that all of the teams already participating in MoveIn exhibit on a daily basis by living in a neighborhood that is known to be unsafe, but they have chosen to live there anyway.
