I know that I am who I am and what I am because of prayer. There is a saying that we should PUSH - pray until something happens.

My parents taught us how to pray through the traditional children’s prayers at mealtimes and bedtimes.  This daily ritual helped us to begin having a healthy and rich prayer life.  It is still a part of me to pray at mealtimes and bedtimes as well in between times.

Prayer has no boundary lines.  Whereever we as disciples cannot go we send a prayer of intercession.  Prayer unlocks jail cells.  Prayer heals the sick.  Prayer can transform a neighborhood.

I agree that there is power in prayer.  I have personally witnessed and experienced the changes prayer brings.  I am thankful that we have a way of escape through prayer.

Yes prayer is very important. Sometimes when I dont know what to say in prayer, I just sit and meditate. God hears me.
