After serving 25 years in Nepal as a medical missionary under Interserve USA and the United Mission to Nepal, my husband and I were asked to speak on missions throughout the USA and abroad. Finally, we retired in Loudonville (Albany) New York and in 2008, we welcomed the first Bhutanese refugees here. We therefore started the International Friendship Team through our church in order to befriend and assist the refugees and introduce them to the Lord Jesus Christ.
