Thank you Raineer for courage to speak about these issues. I would call your lecture as "an inconvenient truth". I thank God for your life. We are bored of so musch Pyramid Builders! They open their hat and show us their last systematization on church planting and strategies for small groups. They are always looking for big numbers.
The pyramid builders Gurus don’t want to know about take time for build a solid relationship. There is no space in their strategic church growth for long-term relationship. As a rule, they do not like democracy. They do not like a lot of people participating in decision making in the church. They prefer the Guru-Followers model or Provider-consumers model.
