I thought Krish’s presentation was especially great! I do look at Facebook as a chance to share my faith in Christ. i post a link to each of my blog entries

and as a result, people are reading it who would never have if it weren’t for Facebook.
One other excellent way that each of us can be actual missionaries online is through Campus Crusade’s program called Global Media Outreach.

Once you go through some online training, you have the opportunity to speak to new or recommitted Christians from all over the world. These people have accessed Campus Crusade websites as they have been searching the internet for info about Jesus and God. They are led through the Gospel and given a chance to respond. If they indicate that they want to speak to an online missionary, than they are sent to one of us.
I am a stay-at-home mother of 5 living in Charleston, SC (though we will soon be moving to Papa, Hungary...can’t wait), and this is a great way for me to share the love of Christ with people all over the world from my own living room before the little ones get up in the morning. It is an awesome use of technology to reach the world for Christ!

I’m looking forward to seeing the God documentary on TV and I hope it does generate discussion and cause many people to really consider what they believe. I saw some of the same faces that I had seen in Focus on the Family’s "The Truth Project" and the movie "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed. Just one observation...everyone interviewed seemed to be from the Western World. Will there be interviews with people in Asia, Africa and South America where the Christian faith is on fire and the truth is really being seen daily in radically changed lives?

This isn’t the full session of the multiplex. The first part of the session - on media awareness is not here.
David, I’m sorry the session didn’t meet your expectations. The difficulty is that there are so many aspects of media which could have been covered, but it was important to at least introduce media awareness, media presence and media ministries. Keep an eye on www.engagingmedia.info - it’s just at a pilot stage at present, but the plan is to cover some of the other issues you’re raising.

What a great start to the Lausanne Multiplex experience! All the presenters were engaging and compelling. It was encouraging and energizing to find ways to engage with the world of new media without compromising the integrity of the gospel. I will be using their information in many forums.

Disappointment with Presentation||1. I was disappointed with the session as there were not many ’live’ demonstrations or display of actual media tool or technological instrument to present the gospel in our world today.
2. This was because a number of us were looking for how the Twitter Google iPhone
