Believers have at least 8 biblical responses when prayer answers are not readily observable. This article lists these responses (with verse references). God’s three answers to prayer are "yes, no, or not now." His answers to prayer are given to bring Him glory with consideration to the request, to the person(s) voicing the request, to those who are the focus of the request, and to others affected by the request. While God formulates all aspects of prayer according to His sovereingty and goodness, believers (especially ministry leaders) must respond in a manner that brings glory to the Lord.
